Experts recommend changing your workout routine regularly to keep your body tonic, but personal trainers can be costly though, and attempting a new exercise without assistance can lead to strain or an ineffective workout. GYMme is the solution to both problems.

It’s an iPhone application that in a playful way introduce you the the fitness world .

It’s a comprehensive exercise database that provides clear pictures and instructions .

GYMme provides different kind of exercises, in each screenshot are shown images of people performing it, there is also indicated the body region or the exact muscle that you are going to work on, how many times you have to do it and the time that it takes. Are provided also clear written instructions on the side directing you step by step .

GYMme

GYMme is an iPhone application where are collected exercises for the your body. It’s a kind of personal trainer with different exercises shedules focused on differents body regions.

flowchartThe operations flow that the user should do form the the 1st step (open te application) to the last one (see the exercise screenshot) it has been studied in a detailed way using like inspiration the 8ball flowchat  that has been modified and fited on our needs. 

 

it has been deleted the part regarding the initial question and the related answer, keeping the random way to deliver the shedules; this is made possible thanks to using non-sequential different exercises that can be performed also without a preset order.

With my teamwork we thought and designed the grafic interface of the application thinking about the immediatness of it, the contents, and the drowings without omittng the splashscreen and the loadingspalsh.
